1. Subscription Cancellations

All subscriptions (Pro Designer and Bespoke Business tiers) can be self-cancelled at any time directly through the Billing Dashboard in your settings. Upon executing a cancellation command, your access to premium features (including advanced generative customizers and direct catalog exports) will remain active until the end of the current pre-paid billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for mid-month cancellations.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. You will keep access to Pro/Business features until the end of your current monthly cycle.

2. Refund Terms & Exceptions

Because our generative customizer requires immediate allocation of high-performance GPU neural servers and instant api credits, all subscription charges are generally **non-refundable**. However, we make exceptions for: (a) Technical Failures: If a system crash prevented you from utilizing purchased credits. (b) Duplicate Billing: If our payment gateway processed double charges for the same billing cycle. To claim an exception, you must contact our billing support within **48 hours** of the transaction.

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable due to neural server costs. We refund billing errors or double charges reported within 48 hours.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Once a refund is approved by our billing support agents, the transaction will be initiated immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original source payment instrument (credit card, bank account, or UPI wallet) within **5 to 7 working days**. This timeline is dictated by standard Indian banking clearing cycles and payment gateway processing protocols.

4. Billing Disputes & Support

If you believe you have been charged in error, please do not file a chargeback with your card provider immediately, as this delays resolution. Write to our billing desk at **billing@sparklestudio.co.in** with: (a) your registered account email; (b) the date and time of the charge; (c) the transaction ID (Razorpayⓘ/Stripeⓘ reference). We review and respond to all billing inquiries within 24 working hours.
